Amit - have you tried to replicate this? Clicking on sort by name will
not change anything - the partners will still be sorted by name, but
UPPER CASE LETTERS will take priority over lower case - this is a bug in
either python or in the way the tree view works.

Bug description:
  Not sure where to report this.
  It just came to my attention that in a listings view (partners for example) Upper case entries will be displayed first and then lower case ones.

  Cas
  Chi
