Yes, I am agree with you regarding the "Go to resource" - missing function in new web.
It needed  changes regarding the improvement what you suggested in bug specification.currently I am consider this issue as wishlist

  action name is a number, id's not searchable

  "GoTo ID" is not available any more - makes debugging very difficult

  IMHO ID must show up in advanced filter
