Yes, I agree with you.

User may be forget to save child record. The Behavior in New web(6.1) is
:

If I create multiple Task work line then I must have to save first task work  after that I can create second task work.
If I not save the first task work and try to create second task work then I loss the first task work.

As per my opinion  It should be create multiple task work without save
the child record. If I save the parent then child should be save. See
the behavior of web-client in 6.0.3 it's seems work correct.

  [6.1/trunk] regression: impossible to save a task work

Bug description:
  Hello,

  using rev #1432 and the project module installed,

  define some task for some project. Then start the task and try to save some work unit line. 
  As long as you stay in the task form view it seems it work. But if you go away to an other menu and come back in the task form view, you won't see any work line.

  Also, when I tested to save a work unit with the GTK, I could see that
  work unit in in the task view with the web-client. It means hat the
  web client fails to save this work line for some reason. When it's
  saved from elsewhere line will be displayed however.
