Yes, Font size should be reduce because if the label of the filter button is large or column header is large then 
usability problem occur.

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I found that font size of labels is too large comparing to its
  content, such as in search view filter button is large, or in list
  view, the column header is large.  I think the font size should be
  reduced as that of v6.0. It's easy to see.
