If this is not fixed the dashboard widgets can't be customized ....
because every update will reset the customization

Bug description:
  IMHO
  ./openobject-server/openerp/addons/base/res/res_widget_data.xml:5:      <field name="title">OpenERP Tweets</field
  should get noupdate="1"
  as for now it is not possible to delete the widget permanently as it gets reinstalled with every update
