[Bug 890620] Re: no login necessary after reboot

It's a feature, similar to what you find on many modern online services.
As recent browsers remember the state of open tabs, this lets you resume exactly where you were in the event of a browser crash, reboot, suspended laptop, etc.

Presumably when you reboot (or suspend your computer), you have to login
on your operating system session before you are given access to your
browser's session. BTW, destroying the session when the browser exits
depends on the browser being shut down properly, which is not guaranteed
to happen at all, so it's not really safer.

The "perceived" level of security might be different though, so it
should perhaps be an option - to be discussed with web team.

Title:
  no login necessary after reboot

Status in OpenERP Web:
  Triaged

Bug description:
I left firefox open and requested a reboot on OpenSuSE 11.4
after login into KDE session Firefox was automaitcally restored and it was possible to continue without a new openerp login

I am not sure if this is a feature or a security issue
IMHO after a reboot a new login into OpenERP should be necessary
