I confirm this bug only with Empathy (no problem with pidgin or
emesene). When I close this window Cairo-Dock considers that it's a
minimized window.

@ mac_v : do you use the last version of Cairo-Dock now ? (cairo-dock-2.0.9 from the cairo-dock-team ppa : https://edge.launchpad.net/~cairo-dock-team/+archive/ppa )
@ Fabounet : For you is it a bug in Cairo-Dock-Core or a not respect of 'rules' by Empathy ?

Bug description:
Binary package hint: cairo-dock

When the contact list is opened and minimized to the notification area[by clicking close on the contact list window] , 
the window still appears in the windows list.
When minimized to notification area, it is displayed in the dock as if minimized to the dock

This does not happen for the panel , where , when empathy is minimized to notification area> the contact window is not listed.
