I can confirm that the bug is fixed for me!

God job!

Now everything minimized except the dock related windows.

Which is great because now we can also still see the desklets on the
desktop after minimizing all

Status in Cairo-Dock: Fix Released

Bug description:
Cairo dock v 2.0.8, Ubuntu PPA, jaunty.

Running Compiz (but also affect other WM i think).

When the WM wants to minize all the windows (i.e. showdesktop applet in Cairo Dock or in a GNOME Panel), it does minimize dialogs of the cairo-dock. It makes the dock unusable (frozen byt the dialog that's unreachable).

This should be fixed quite quickly cause it's the kind of bug that decourage any new user in GNU desktop.
