[Bug 410227] Re: The dock resize and move brutally when an icon is being closed

Cairo-Dock (2007-2009) version 2.1.0-alpha from SVN :

Bonne chance.

Bug description:
Version 2.0.8, PPA ubuntu, jaunty.

Plug in Views with the views : default, 3D plan and curve.

When an icon in the dock is being closed, the icon slowly fade or resize to become a null space (in function of the "icon plugins" that are selected). When the icon is resizing to null, the dock is resizing to a smaller width to fit the new space : good.

But when the icon HAS finally a null width, the dock move brutally to the left to re-CENTER to its original position. It's not very pretty, and surprising for the user.

A solution would be to move the dock on the left EACH TIME the icon that's being closed is resized to a smaller width. At the end, the dock would already be centered and there would be no brutal move.

Thanks in advance, good luck and continue the Job !
