Yeah , thats an awful behavior!
But how is the panel able to detect the flag removal and display it in
the window list?

Hmmm... the way the site works is>
first the applet shows up in the firefox browser itself,
once the files to be uploaded are selected , the uploading window opens
as a separate window...

Maybe thats where the confusion arises...

When a new window opens , sometimes , it does not show up in the taskbar and skips the list of the open windows.

This is very confusing when several windows are open and I only realize that the window is already open when i try to open the app again and it comes up from behind !
While i'v checked if it is a problem with the window skipping the panel window list too , but alas, its a problem *only* with cairo dock.
This is not specific to any app or any event , it is very random and I'm not sure how to debug this issue.

This is not a new problem , I'v been facing this problem since version 1

Workaround:
Restart cairo-dock > now the app is shown in the list of open windows.
