sorry but this is not really possible for many reasons.
one of it is that the middle click is already used to close the app.
so I will invalid this bug (which is not a bug by the way ^_^), because it can't be done without breaking the existant.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: cairo-dock

It'd be great if there was a mixed launcher / subdock. For example, I have an OpenOffice.org launcher. I'd like to click it to open OOo, and to middle-click it to show a subdock with Writer, Impress, Calc, et al.
Most plugins already have distinct left-click and middle-click actions, so I think this wouldn't be so hard to do.
