Except if you have an old version of Cairo-Dock (<2) it support multiple monitors (look at this image: (4 monitors) http://www.cairo-dock.org/mediacolor/album3/1248737632_5a5fb490f7_big.jpg ). -> Do you enable Xinerama support? (Cairo-Dock > Config panel > Position)

Bug description:
I am using ubuntu and I tried to set up tow monitors side by side.
However the Cairo-Dock doesn't adjust to the multiple monitors by itself. It assumes a single desktop and put itself in the "center", which results in a splited dock across screens.
