Hi,
could you please retry with the latest bzr version ? I've rewritten the auto-hide, and the bug might have disappear with it (at least, I didn't notice any problem on normal use)

cairo-dock disappears by clicking on a launcher(task) and clicking on the same launcher while hiding.
