well first you should never launch the dock as root.
then I think there might be a bug in the translation !
you can try :
export LANG=en_EN.UTF-8 && cairo-dock -c
to work around it.

Im spanish so im not very good at english, my problem is that i click cairo without opengl in the menu, but it doenst work, so i try with the console:
