I've faced following issue with CD after last update: sometimes when tooltip have to be displayed dock hangs with 100% CPU usage. This issue happens quite frequently to me but not systematically.
Reproduce: most frequently I getting this issue when start debugging web app with eclipse. Install break point in eclipse, in browser trigger action to start debugging. At this point CD shows tooltip for eclipse and sometimes hangs.
