...well after removing my 4 (yes 4! I travel from time to time.) weather
docklets I am not having that problem any more. Since I was having the
problem so frequently, I took some advice I saw earlier on this page.  I
had my updates set to happen faster than the default for the weather
applets. I wonder if the updating caused it, or something else?

Bug description:
Ubuntu 9.10, 32 bit.
Cairo shortcuts doesn't open nautilus after computer hybernation and resume.

After restarting the computer the applet works fine.
