Ok, now the errors for "directory not empty" do not appear anymore, but
Cairo-Dock still will not start. Here is the pastebin of running "cairo-

After updating Cairo-Dock (along with a couple other things in Update Manager), Cairo-Dock won't start. While not related to you guys, Emerald also won't apply themes. Let me know if you need more info.
