do you mean that the option is not working on startup of the dock only ?

Bug description:
Reproduce the bug under cairo-dock 2.1.0 (Ubuntu ppa weekly) :

 - Maximize a window
 - Close it
 - The dock should automaticly unactive the auto-hide option, but it's not
 - The dock is still hidden
