Is it still an issue in Lucid ? Did the compiz bug was fixed ? Please close the bugs if it's the case.

The blink is very annoying, It happens whenever my pointer leaves he dock. And the MacOSx theme, and any other theme that use that hover effect goes very slow. I am using Karmic. Synaptic Version is 0.62.5
