Well, that video isn't really helpful here :)

I've just tested this issue without OpenGL - it still appears, I can
even say that issue is more noticeable without OpenGL. Also I'm sure
that this is not a bug in mesa as I'm able to reproduce it on both
Nvidia (binary driver) and Intel (mesa driver) graphics cards.

I've just noticed that CD blinking if I'm reordering application icons during process of the close animation of some other icon.
