The evil libcurl4-gnutls strikes back :) I see the new package, but 
still has the dependency.
Why don't you just remove it? It has no meaning and just makes trouble...

Status in Cairo-Dock : Plug-ins: Fix Released

Bug description:
The cairo-dock-plug-ins package's 2.1.4-0beta1-20100424-1debian1~ppa0~debian release has an unsolvable dependency with libcurl4-gnutls package. I searched this package in Ubuntu jaunty and karmic and also in Debian Squeeze and Sid but couldn't find.
Without this dependency the package can't be installed.

It seems, that this package has been removed from Debian...
