[Bug 431077] Re: Folders are opened in Nautilus when using Xfce
I had a quite similar problem which i think is related to that
Starting cairo-dock without -e xfce, everytime i inserted some
removeable media, i was asked if it should be mounted even if it was
already.
With cairo-dock -e xfce the mounted drive show the correct disk-usage
and opens properly in thunar.
Perhaps the desktop environment detection is not working. ( i'm using
compiz as WM)

Folders are opened in Nautilus when using Xfce

You received this bug notification because you are a member of Cairo-

Status in “cairo-dock” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: cairo-dock
I'm using Xfce on Ubuntu 9.04.
I have added folders in Cairo-dock, using the drag and drop method. When I click on a folder, a subdock shows all files in that folder. When I open a folder inside that folder, I expect it to open Thunar, since I'm in Xfce, but instead it opens Nautilus.
I don't want to remove Nautilus since I also use Gnome, and I can't find a way to configure Cairo-dock to open folders with Thunar.
