Re: [Bug 580455] Re: Mail Applet has hight CPU hsage

Well, actually, if you find a good library which does Pop,Imap,Maildir/MH
and manages SSL (and why not RSS/ATOM !) I'll take it.
We ran into several problems with this library, and some of them are pure
limitations of libetpan. Surprisingly there are not so many mail library
going around...

Mail Applet has hight CPU hsage

You received this bug notification because you are a member of Cairo-
Dock Team, which is the registrant for Cairo-Dock Plug-ins.

Status in Cairo-Dock : Plug-ins: In Progress

Bug description:
When the mail applet checks mail, its CPU usage goes high for a moment. I have two accounts in it and when I refresh them, one of my two CPUs (dual core) goes to 100% momentarily.

I don't know if this behavior is new because I didn't use this applet before.

I have the latest bzr version of Cairo-Dock in Debian Squeeze.
