It's a bit strange because I did the same and it works fine :-/
Can you launch CD from a terminal with this command:
  $ cairo-dock -l debug
and then, launch jdownloader, wait for the crash of CD and join the output from the terminal to a new comment here?

Bug description:
I'm using cairo-dock for months, but last week i installed JDownloader to my notebook. When i open JDownloader, Cairo-dock working not stable briefly. It's closing and then it's opening, it's like vicious circle. But when it's open, "configuration of cairo-dock" page open with, and it's closing. It wants to change my settings but i'm not accept it, so it's happening again and again.
I installed 2.2.0 beta version but it's still same. what can i do?
