If yes, can you try without the systray applet of Cairo-Dock?

If you still have the bug without it, can you try with sun-java6? If 'sun-java6-jre' is installed, you can launch this command to use it: 
    $ sudo update-java-alternatives -s java-6-sun
To revert back: 
    $ sudo update-java-alternatives -s java-6-openjdk
And re-launch JDownloader

Bug description:
I'm using cairo-dock for months, but last week i installed JDownloader to my notebook. When i open JDownloader, Cairo-dock working not stable briefly. It's closing and then it's opening, it's like vicious circle. But when it's open, "configuration of cairo-dock" page open with, and it's closing. It wants to change my settings but i'm not accept it, so it's happening again and again.
I installed 2.2.0 beta version but it's still same. what can i do?
