it's a bug in the window decorator
do you use Emerald or the standard gnome one ?
what if yo uuse the other one ?

Title bar is one having min,max and closign buttons.
So i need to logout and login and problem soved.
 
When running with -o i.e. opengl i was facing the same problem with additional hang problem, so I decided not to use cairo dock with -o option.
I added cario dock to startup applications like this: cairo-dock -c

NOTE: This bug is not duplicate.
