I think it's just a problem in the class of the launcher.
try to re-create them, or manually edit them and set the class.

Bug description:
After update Firefox and Thunderbird, Cairo-Dock with Windows 7 taskbar set, show Firefox and Thunderbird in the taskbar like standard open program and not group it over their launcher.

The problem start after the update to Firefox 3.6.10 and Thunderbird 3.1.5
