Yes, it does

In fact, a few minutes ago, it happened again. Having your suggestion in
mind, I restarted Compiz through Compiz Fusion Icon and then, the
behavior of Cairo-Dock's icons became normal again.

Bug description:
With the dock having a reserved space and starting with Gnome session, sometimes, after boot, when a window is maximized and the mouse cursor is put on an icon, the upper part of the zoomed icon goes behind the window. After restarting the dock, this behavior is corrected. I even added "class=Cairo-dock" to "CCSM > Window Rules > Above" to no avail.

I have no clue to why the above behavior happens only sometimes after boot. My graphic card is GeForce 9500 GT with nvidia-kernel-dkms 195.36.24-4 on Debian Squeeze.
