Yes, you're right, I can trigger this bug by making a window fullscreen.

Bug description:
My main dock visibility setting is "keep the dock hidden". And sometimes this feature doesn't works - dock remains always visible. I can't reproduce this bug. Dock can work perfectly for hours, but then it  appears on front and remains visible when i switch to another windows.

cairo-dock vesion is 2.2.0-2  (2.2.0~2-0ubuntu1, ubuntu 10.10 beta)
