  Shutdown does not work in LXDE

Bug description:
  Using cairo-dock version 2.1.3-10-lucid under the LXDE Desktop Environment (which uses the Openbox window manager) the "logout" applet does not work. The error log says "couldn't guess what to do to shutdown," but the correct command to bring up the menu of shutdown, restart, etc. is "lxde-shutdown". I've attached a debug log as instructed, see around line 800 for the error thrown.

How to reproduce:

1) Run LXDE desktop environment (Trisquel-Mini from trisquel.info is a good one) and install cairo-dock from Synaptic.
2) Click the "logout" applet.
3) Observe that nothing happens.
4) Compare with a GNOME-based distribution and note that the proper menu pops up, asking if you want to shutdown, restart, etc.
