Sorry, unfortunately I'm not a developer so doing suggestions is the
only thing I'm able to.

Showing the preview picture of the compiz plug-in instead of opening
another bar containing a bunch of the same looking icons (but with just
different titles) would be the perfect solution. This would save a lot
of time and of course would be more efficient when changing windows.
