Actually I've checked the code, and the dock does remove these additional
parameters
so maybe there is a small bug there, although I can't find one.
can you please make an easy test ?
in root, modify any .desktop (say gedit.desktop), add a %U at the Exec
line, then remove any gedit launcher from the dock, launch gedit, restart
the dock to reload the file, and try "launch new" from the dock.

5. Launch few instances of G.Chrome
