[Bug 971975] Re: GMail doesn't work in Mail Applet

> I have no trouble using the Cairo "mail app" in Cinnamon (another computer) or my old 11.03 Xubuntu install.
What was the architecture of this old Xubuntu install?
Because the method is different if you're using a 64bits arch: it uses IMAP instead of a RSS Feed (due to some limitations of libetpan)
I don't have any problem with IMAP.
Can you give us all debug messages displayed by this command?
  $ cairo-dock -l debug --colors | sed -n "/mail\// {N;p;}"

> I can drag the icon onto the dock, see all the eye candy, flashing lights, etc... then nothing? Another bug?
Strange... I don't have this bug too :-/
Can you launch the dock from a terminal with this command and post the output message displayed just after having dropped the link onto the dock?
  $ cairo-dock -l debug

Thx
