  regression: mail plugin doesn't doesn't swallow mail app icon any more

Status in Cairo-Dock: Plug-ins:
  New

Bug description:
  The mail plugin icon worked as a launcher before. If a mail program
  was running, it used to indicate it with a triangle (as other
  launchers do). Please restore the old behavior.
