what's this folder ?
except this probem (I guess you get a "?" icon in the Shortcuts applet ?) do you have any other problem with the applet ?

  vfs_backend_get_file_info from kde-integration is not able to find
  icon's name of a directory

Bug description:
  It seems vfs_backend_get_file_info from kde-integration is not able to
  find icon's name of a directory (g_file_info_get_icon returns NULL).

  It's a problem for the Shortcuts applet with KDE 4.8.1 and Fedora 16.
