other screen and if you re-launch the dock?

Title:
  Top dock blocks the close, minimize and maximize button (right aling)
  when windows are maximized

Bug description:
  Cairo 3.0.1

  I've a centered top dock and its seems that any element at the right
  of the dock is locked by any transparent layer.

  Using: Ubuntu 12.04, Radeon drivers and dual screen.
