I've the dock in one screen, if I move the dock to the other screen the
bug don't change.

I use the option "allways visible".

If you see the capture, the red rectangle (that I have painted) is a
transparent layer that don't allow click, if I push here my close,
maximize and minimize buttons.

  I've a centered top dock and its seems that any element at the right
  of the dock is locked by any transparent layer.

  Using: Ubuntu 12.04, Radeon drivers and dual screen.
