(can you please check that the status-notifier-watcher.py is running ?)

I want to know if the signal is emitted correctly, and if the dock
receives it or not. Because the problem could be either in the signal
being not treated by the dock, or in the dock not taking the correct
action.
Since the application-service is just an additionnal layer, I thought
it would work better without ^^
Anyway, it would be nice to have the debug outputs in this case
(without the application-service), hopefully we can get some more
hints :)

  My skype icon on the notification area stays always off-line and doesn't reflect the real skype status.
