[Bug 1108611] Re: icon label persists after hover away

Maybe more accurate description of my problem:
demo: http://youtu.be/uAEhy9L0bwk

First of all, I had turned "Maximum zoom of the icons" to 1.000 (under
Settings->Appearance->Icons->Zoom effect)

Then, hovering over a dock icon brings up the text label fine.

But moving the mouse then upwards over the text label and off (now
cursor is completely away from dock) the label persists.

It seems that the dock simply does not recognize that the cursor has
moved on - sounds like a bad ending to a relationship.

Note that, as shown in video, this is not a problem when zoom is at
1.500.

** Description changed:

  Hovering over a dock icon shows the text label, but when I hover my
  mouse away from the dock, passing over the label, the label stays there.
  It is only when I can hover away from the icon without touching the
  label that it will disappear as expected.

+
  I'm running Linux Mint 14 64bit with Cinnamon Desktop.
