It seems that you've added our ppa but there is a typo in this file:
     /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cairo-dock-team-ppa-precise.list

Can you post the content of this file? e.g.:
    cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cairo-dock-team-ppa-precise.list

How did you add our ppa? Where did you find these instructions?
