What's your video card? Which drivers are you using? (on which distribution)
  $ lspci |grep VGA
  $ glxinfo | grep OpenGL
  $ lsb_release -a

  when rotate effect is used on (hovering an icon on animated icons
  plugins), cairo dock crash when you are hovering on shortcuts and
  folders on dock
