Solving a bug with another bug is not an option.
This function works properly with most drivers, and can be disabled (which
is an acceptable workaround, we'll write it on our wiki).
(and this function is used in GTK, chromium, Qt, etc, so there is likely to
be no major problem with it, excepted with a few drivers that keep
improving).

Bug description:
When scrolling pages in the browser the opera or text scrollings in documents are shown artifacts in the form of bands with not updated pregoing image.
If you turn off Cairodock the defect does not appear.
