I don't have this bug with Cairo-Dock 3.2.99 beta 2 and an Intel
Ironlake Mobile GPU (you can see the screencast)

@fabounet: do you think that this bug is due to the drivers?

  Strange behavior of impulse

Status in Cairo-Dock: Plug-ins:

Bug description:
  Cairo-Dock is set to become semitransparent when a window hover the dock. I've installed Impulse that wobbly the icons when audio is played.
  So, when I listen music the Impulse do it's job. When I open a maximised window, the dock become semitransparent, all good, but when I switch to another maximised window the dock behavior is strange. I attach some pictures to see
