Hello and thank you for this bug report! (and sorry for this very very
long delay!)

What's your distribution (Ubuntu I guess) and its version? And what's
the version of the dock?

The placement of these menus should be handled by GTK. I suspect a bug
with it. I think there were a bug with the previous versions of GTK3.

  the home shrotcut not working

Bug description:
  I don't really know how to describe the problem in english but just
  see attached image. We see a part of the contextuel menu is not
  showen.  Normally the second menu will be showen in the left as
  there's no space in the right. Thanks
