I am going to change the rights on the config files and try to figure
what program does the removal.

  new launcher disappears after reboot

Bug description:
  cairo dock version: 3.3.2
  distro: linux  mint petra
  desktop env: Cinnamon
  windowmanager: Mutter (Muffin)
  used with: openGl
  graphics card: VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09)

  Bug description:

  I launch Firefox and immediately turn it into a launcher.
  Checking at .config/cairo-dock/current_theme/launchers does show the 01firefox.destkop file

  Everything functioning allright

  After reboot the launcher is gone and so is the 01firefox.desktop file
