sorry no idea
I have it too, but funny enough, only after I go to a module and go back to
the main page; when I open the configuration window, it's fine.
@Helene: what's your distribution and GTK version ?

  Hello,
  My theme configuration window is black.. (see the attached file). It seems to be the only window like this.. 

  To reproduce the bug, just go on the theme configuration window (easy
  to do I think..).
