Hello and thank you for your reply.

I use the setting "only show applications on currewnt desktop" therefore
the two windows from two desktops will not apear as items in a subdock.

  wrong window title on dock icon

Bug description:
  using KDE with several virtual desktops. when there are several
  windows of the same application spread over several desktops, the
  title displayed when hovering over the application icon on the dock is
  of the window in another desktop, I have yet to notice a rule. If I
  will find one, I will post it later.
