Hello and thank you for this question,

This is strange. It is maybe invisible due to a problem with your video
drivers.

According to the log, it's possible that the dock is already launched
because it is not able to bind many shortkey.

Is it possible to launch this command before launching the dock :

    killall cairo-dock

Then, if you still have the same errors, can you try without the OpenGL
backend?

    cairo-dock -c
 
Or:

    cairo-dock -Wc
