Hello,

Do you still have this bug if the dock is not launched at startup and/or
if you relaunch stack applet?

If you click on this icon with '?', does it open the file?

Can you check if the URI seems correct in the launcher linked to your
file in ~/.config/cairo-dock/stack/ directory?

  stack loses files linked from network

Status in Cairo-Dock : Core:
  New

Bug description:
  when I drag and drop a file located in a NAS, the stack cannot find
  this file after log out / log in.  IMHO not a bug but just a question
  of ordering mounting devices and initializing cairo dock? I using
  Ubuntu 15.04 64 bit.
