Bug description:
  When just beginning to play a song where the title, artist or album,
  written by Russian symbols, Cairo-Dock starts turned off, and then be
  switched etc.

  Example:
  Title - Актриса-Весна
  Artist - ДДТ
  Album - Актриса-Весна

  after some restarts I see
